3D Digital Stereo Microscope - ProteQ VISO
SEE MORE. DECIDE SMARTER. ProteQ VISO brings the advantages of stereo vision into a digital platform. Inspection benefits from natural depth perception and instant capture or sharing of findings. VISO gives teams the insight and confidence to guide intricate components through assembly, to detect flaws earlier in inspection and provide clearer feedback to suppliers and customers. ProteQ VISO is the 3D stereo inspection platform built for precision, compliance and collaboration. 3D viewing in every detail ProteQ VISO delivers a true 3D stereo image on an auto-stereo display, so depth and form are seen naturally without headsets or glasses. The 2 high resolution stereo cameras capture detail in Full HD at 60 fps, while the 10:1 zoom enables smooth transitions from assemblies to fine features without losing context. Built for collaboration When inspection results need to be shared, VISO makes it simple for teams to see the same detail at the same time. Live streaming, picture-in-picture and headset free sharing support rapid decisions and effective communication across departments, sites and supply chains.

A mould with conformal cooling, additive manufactured out of H11 (1.2343)? Currrently a task where only a few providers can deliver the right solution. /H&B/ is convinced of the benefits of this steel, as well as most oft he mould makers are convinced: wear resistance, thermal stability, heat conductivity and hot hardnes. As one of the first providers in market we now are able to print parts out of H11 (1.2343). Additionally we offer the design of the conformal cooling channels, based on in-depth knowledge of our engineers as well as years of experience in mouldmaking and injection moulding. The impact of conforming cooling on all components, mould, tempering unit and injection moulding process is evaluated through a comprehensive approach.

3D Printer
In conjunction with modern DLP/SLA printing systems, you get the optimum in terms of print quality, productivity & flexibility. Prototypes for housings or connectors can be manufactured on site in just a few hours. Special trays, holders or holders for series production no longer have to be machined, but can be printed cost-effectively and quickly.

3d printing – SLS rapid prototyping
We manufacture time-critical and complex plastic parts for you, using the additive manufacturing process selective laser sintering (SLS). The SLS process is ideal for the production of plastic components with mechanical properties similar to injection moulded components and small prototype quantities. Because priomold uses the latest SLS technology, you can additively manufacture your prototypes and small series from 1 to 200 pieces cost-effectively.

3D printing materials
Our wide variety of high-tech functional resins from Henkel offer outstanding surface qualities and a range of special properties. Whether elastic, transparent, mechanically resilient or flame retardant according to UL 94 V-0. The range is constantly being expanded – modern manufacturing can be so flexible.

3D scan and quality assurance
There are no test reports or documentation for prototypes? Not with priomold! Your small series has the highest quality requirements and must be monitored regularly? priomold's in-house measurement laboratory delivers initial sample test reports, series-accompanying measurements, 3D scans, IMDS entries and much more with state-of-the-art equipment.

3D-LASERENGRAVING
COMPLETELY DIGITAL AND VIRTUALLY UNLIMITED. 3D-LaserEngraving is effected with the most modern, fully digital technology for maximum performance. This makes possible virtually endless design options for innovative and individual textures. In this process, the engraving is applied directly to the steel surface of the mold with a five-axis fiber laser, working in every dimension. The successive build-up of the topography for the engraving takes place in individual ablation steps, removing layers of varying thicknesses. The number of layers and steps determines the depth and the three-dimensionality of the engraving.

3D-PRINT WITH POLYJET PROCESS
Functional prototypes with high geometric precision. Experience the product of tomorrow today: Directly from the CAD system, our 3D-printer shapes highquality, cost-effective prototypes or original models for subsequent processes by applying model material in layers. In no time at all, your idea becomes a tangible display object. 3D-printing is ideal for small, thin-walled and fi ligree components with complex geometries and really fi ne surface structures. Another advantage: If required, the surfaces can be ground and painted. • System: Objet Eden 350 • Production tolerances of approx. ± 0.1 mm • Standard construction space sizes of: 342 x 342 x 200 mm • High level of detail accuracy and dimensional stability • Complex geometries and really fi ne structures • Easy mechanical machinability • Layer thickness of 0.016 mm • Delivery times of approx. 2-3 days following submission of data

3D-Printing
We are using in the 3D printing area the FDM process (Fused Deposition Modeling). FDM is a manufactruing process in which a workpiece is built up layer by layer from meltable plastiv. Max. component size in one print of PEI 9085 and ABS: 900 x 600 x 900 mm Max. component size in one print made of various materials: 400 x 350 x 400 mm
