Stereo microscope Lynx EVO
Lynx EVO is a high productivity stereo microscope without eyepieces, powering your productivity through stunning 3D viewing. It has been honoured with the Microscopy Today Innovation Award 2016. Providing truly stunning 3D (stereo) imaging, Lynx EVO allows fast and accurate inspection in a wide range of applications, like inspection, rework and analysis in industry and laboratory areas. The eyepiece-less optics of Lynx EVO significantly increase head freedom and eye relief, reducing operator stress and fatigue over long periods of time. Optimal operator ergonomics minimizes the risk of repetitive strain-related injuries. The amazing 360° rotating viewer for Lynx EVO is the ultimate inspection accessory, permitting a full 360° rotating view of the subject (at an angle of 34°).

Stereolithography
Using the SLA method, the layers are formed by curing a liquid photosensitive epoxy resin with a UV laser. This method allows very filigree, dimensionally stable parts of any geometry with a vertical process accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm with high surface quality. The components of this process are also due for functional tests (e.g. optical fiber). With our machines we are able to manufacture parts with layer thicknesses of 0.05 to 0.15mm in dimensions up to 500x500x500mm manufactured one-piece. Larger components can be manufactured in several parts and then joined.. The materials we use are suitable for the automotive industry, medical technology, consumer goods, etc., we also feature materials that are biocompatible according to USP Class VI !

STEREOLITHOGRAPHY (STL)
The original model for subsequent processes. Extremely precise and produced in just a few hours: From your CAD data, we can create an exact prototype with no need for mould making – as a display model in the initial project phase or as the basis for subsequent processes such as vacuum casting using silicone moulds. The latest laser technology is used to set liquid epoxy resin in layers. This creates a fi nely detailed threedimensional model with functional areas, undercuts, and clean surfaces. The advantages: The fl exible, impact-resistant material is also suitable for snap-in hooks and catches. Transparent samples can be created, as can prototypes that are larger than the standard construction space sizes. In the latter case, the components are normally produced in several pieces and then precisely joined using adhesion bonds. • Production tolerances of approx. ± 0.1 mmm • Available machines: - SLA 3500 max. construction space size of: 250 x 250 x 250 mm - SLA 5000 max. construction space size of: 350 x 350 x 400 mm - max. construction space size of: 500 x 500 x 500 mm • Design appraisal • Checking of functional principles • Layer thickness 0,1 mm • Delivery times of approx. 3-5 days following submission of data • Easy mechanical fi nishing, e.g. thread insertion • Basis for vacuum casting
