      Aero2 PCS® ULTRA

The Aero2 PCS® ULTRA ULTRA Versatile Dry Ice Blaster. The Aero2 PCS ULTRA is the most versatile dry ice blasting machine on the market. Equipped with our patented particle control system (PCS®), this machine offers operators complete control of the particle size being blasted to fine-tune their blasting parameters for each unique application. From 0.3mm to 3.0mm, and every tenth of a millimeter between, this machine allows operators to select from 1 of 28 particle sizes to dial in their blasting parameters for optimal performance. Blasting a delicate surface? Select a smaller particle size, say 0.4mm, and blast at a lower pressure. Looking to remove stubborn contaminant? Select a larger particle size, say 2.8mm, and blast at a higher pressure. With a 7” LCD screen and digital controls, the PCS ULTRA provides an intuitive display that allows the user to easily view and adjust blasting parameters and machine settings. The machine also features programmable application recipes, which allows users to set and save blasting parameters, such as blast pressure, particle size and feed rate. Lastly, the PCS ULTRA introduces our patent-pending defrost cycle for moisture control, core cleaning, and increased machine uptime. The PCS ULTRA is IoT enabled via Cold Jet’s Industry 4.0 solution, Cold Jet CONNECT®. The system provides remote monitoring and diagnostics, training videos, machine documentation, and self-guided troubleshooting at your fingertips. Should more assistance be required, operators can quickly and easily connect with Cold Jet service technicians via chat, service tickets or voice and video call.

Discover the Future of Aerospace and Defence with GEHR® Materials In the aerospace and defence industry, materials must withstand extreme conditions such as strong temperature fluctuations, cosmic radiation, and contact with chemicals. Our high-performance materials offer an excellent solution as they are lighter than metals, thus reducing fuel consumption. Our high-performance materials are extremely stable and radiation-resistant, providing electrical insulation and high heat resistance. Before they can be used, the materials must meet special requirements, such as fire protection tests. Plastics that are not inherently flame retardant can be modified with a flame retardant additive (FR). With the use of additive manufacturing, prototyping and small series production are affordable and quickly available. Our GEHR® materials for aerospace applications meet the requirements of FAR 25.853, including » GEHR® PA6 FR » GEHR® PPS und GEHR® PPS-40GF » GEHR® PPSU » GEHR® PEI » GEHR® PEEK, GEHR® PEEK mod und GEHR® PEEK-30GF FAR Part 25 is an important test for the use of materials in the aerospace industry and is mandated by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Upon customer request, we also offer these and further tests.
