In addition to our precision mold making, we have our own technical center, a plastics injection molding department, and a measuring center specifically for these situations, when the series supplier fails or has not yet been selected. We offer this parts service for thermoplastics, thermosets, silicone, and biomaterials. Besides injection molding, our suitable encapsulated 5-axis machining centers allow us to produce a wide variety of components with short lead times using high-speed milling (HSC). Since many plastics are not available as semi-finished products, we can also injection mold blanks from the original plastic using one of our interchangeable molds and then mill the prototypes from them. This opens up many new possibilities and accelerates the entire process.
