TechnoCompound GmbH is a supplier of customised plastic compounds. Polymers under the brand names TechnoFin, TechnoFiber, TechnoGreen, TechnoDur and TechnoForce are compounded, refined and modified on modern production facilities to meet customer-specific requirements. The broad product portfolio of functionally modified plastics ranges from commodities and technical compounds to thermoplastic elastomers (TechnoElast). With a capacity of around 35,000 tonnes, the company produces polyolefin and polyamide compounds, (TechnoMid) long glass fibre compounds, electrically conductive compounds and carbon fibre-reinforced compounds. LUSEP is a high-temperature-resistant thermoplastic engineering plastic compound based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) and SPS (syndiotactic polystyrene). With its excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and flame resistance, it can replace metals and thermosetting resins and contribute to weight reduction.

Plastics processing is the heart of RF Plast GmbH. By this we mean: - Precision injection molding of molded parts in the range of 0.05 to 1,500 g - Processing of all technical thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers, thermosets and high-performance plastics - Use of modern tool sensors and process monitoring Single and multi-component injection molding machines with clamping forces from 200 kN to 5000 kN are available for this purpose

Precision Plastic Parts
We produce customised precision injection moulded parts using the plastic injection moulding process. The geometries and design of the precision injection moulded parts can be tailored to individual customer requirements and applications. Precision injection moulded parts are usually small parts with high output quantities, precise part design and structures, and tight tolerances. The injection moulding tools are designed and manufactured with up to 64 cavities. In many cases, the precision injection moulded parts are injected with a hot runner system. This allows us to offer an economical injection moulding process. When selecting the plastic, the application and the requirements for the plastic part are decisive. We process all common polymers from PE, PP, ABS, PC, POM, PBT, PA, PPA, PPS to PEEK.

Process module EVO 0800-TD
The EVO 0800-TD is a slim process module with customized lasers and optics for contour or quasi-simultaneous welding of plastics. Out of the box, all components relevant for the welding process are part of the process module. The joining force required for the welding process is realized by the integrated clamping module. The clamping movement takes place in the so-called top-down clamping concept from top to bottom, with integrated joining path monitoring. The welding unit is optimized for drag-and-drop integration into different automation environments. The EVO 0800-TD is designed from the start to be compact and robust, and at the same time highly flexible so that a wide variety of assemblies can be processed. During assembly, each EVO 0800-TD passes through the unique CQC calibration concept of Evosys Laser GmbH, which ensures the comparability of the systems.
