Moulded parts with high quality decors
Moulding parts
Special presses or injection systems are normally used for the production of moulded rubber parts. For this purpose, unvulcanized raw rubber or silicone is is injected into a mold cavity and then cooled. Basically, there are no limits for molded parts in terms of geometries, sizes, weights and surface structures.

Moulds for plastic injection components
We supply high-quality technical moulds for injection moulding of thermoplastics materials to companies sectors such as automotive, medical, electrical engineering, small household appliances, hobby, cosmetics and other. High precision, quality control and excellent surfaces are guaranteed, as is continuous and competent technical support.

MPERIA® CO2 Laser
CO₂ laser marking: Precise. Economical. Versatile. The MPERIA® CO₂ laser is the proven solution for industrial CO₂ laser marking. It produces razor-sharp markings on a wide range of surfaces such as paper, cardboard, plastics (PET, PVC, PE), glass, or coated materials. The system guarantees high-contrast, permanent markings at maximum speeds – all with minimal maintenance requirements. Every production environment is unique. That is why we support you with individual consultation instead of one-size-fits-all offers. Together, we define the ideal laser configuration (power & wavelength) – precisely tailored to your material, your line integration, and the required throughput. Test it free of charge now: We create a sample marking directly on your product. This gives you maximum confidence and lets you see the result in black and white before you make your decision.

MPERIA® Fiber Laser
Fiber laser marking – durable, high-contrast & economical MPERIA® fiber lasers offer a powerful solution for precise, permanent marking on a wide range of substrates – including metal (such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper), ceramics, flexible films (fiber film version), and industrial components. With high speed, minimal maintenance requirements, and excellent integrability, they are ideal for modern production environments. Our systems produce high-contrast, abrasion-resistant markings – even at high volumes and under demanding conditions. They operate without ink, are energy-efficient, and can be seamlessly integrated into existing equipment. Curious whether a fiber laser is suitable for your application? Request a free sample marking now – tested under real-world conditions directly on your original material.

MPERIA® Laser
Replace complex printing processes with our maintenance-free MPERIA® laser systems. Whether a robust fiber laser for films, a versatile CO₂ laser for packaging, or a gentle UV laser for heat-sensitive products – we offer the technologically leading solution for every surface. Benefit from permanent markings without consumables, maximum operational reliability, and seamless integration into your production line.

MPERIA® UV Laser
Precise. Contactless. Gentle. The MPERIA® UV laser offers a modern solution for fine, abrasion-resistant marking of sensitive materials – ideal for industries with high quality requirements such as medical technology, electronics, or the pharmaceutical industry. Thanks to the short UV wavelength (355 nm), the material is subjected to minimal thermal stress. This enables razor-sharp markings on plastics, ceramics, cable insulation, films, or packaged medical products – without deformation or burn marks. Despite its extreme precision, the UV laser operates at high speed, with low maintenance requirements and high efficiency. Its compact design and intuitive control allow it to be seamlessly integrated into your production line. Request a free sample marking on your original material now – for maximum confidence in your decision.

mPPO
LUMILOY is an mPPO product based on PPO (polyphenylene oxide) alloyed with HIPS, PA (polyamide) or other resins and has excellent dimensional stability and electrical property.

MS-Schramberg "in the Medium"
YOUR APPLICATION – OUR SOLUTION Permanent magnets are used in a variety of media. This results in high requirements in terms of resistance and / or compatibility with drink ing water and foodstuff s. Due to their partly limited corrosion resistance, magnetic materials require additional protection depending on the medium used. The solution here is to find the correct combination of magnetic material and adequate protection in the form of a coating or encapsulation.

MUCELL: is a process for the physical foaming of thermoplastics. Significantly finer foam structures can be achieved by physical foaming. In the process, the density of the finished article is also greatly reduced.

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
With HP Multi Jet Fusion technology, we manufacture high-precision plastic components with excellent detail accuracy, high resilience and short production times. MJF technology offers an economical alternative to conventional manufacturing processes and is ideal for functional prototypes and small series in demanding applications. Advantages of Multi Jet Fusion technology: • High-quality, dimensionally stable components - Thin layer thicknesses (80 µm) enable fine details and smooth surfaces. • High strength and durability - Mechanical properties comparable to injection-molded parts, ideal for functional prototypes and end products. • Fast production times - Shorter production cycles enable accelerated product development and economical small series production. • Economic efficiency - Optimized material use and efficient processes reduce costs, especially for complex geometries. • Sustainability - High material yield through recycling of unsintered powder reduces waste. • Excellent mechanical and thermal properties - High wear resistance, good chemical resistance and temperature stability. Material options – PA12 for versatile applications We rely on the tried and tested material PA12, which is characterized by its excellent balance of strength, flexibility and temperature resistance. Thanks to its high density and mechanical resilience, it is suitable for numerous industrial applications. Areas of application for MJF-manufactured components: • Automotive industry – functional components, brackets, prototypes • Mechanical engineering – robust housings, technical components, spare parts • Medical technology – custom-made prostheses, special designs • Electronics & household appliances – functional prototypes, small series

Multi Level Air Vent

Multi-cavity injection molds
Maximum output with maximum availability: We manufacture multi-cavity injection molds for the special requirements of the medical technology, packaging and consumer goods industries. With great attention to the uniformity of the individual cavities, we ensure the best reproducibility of your injection molded products. Also in combination with other technologies such as 2K, 3K or insert injection molding. Up to 64-cavity: Our high-cavity injection molds set standards in productivity and enable continuous 24/7 production. Highest performance: Our mold are developed for maximum performance to meet even the most demanding production requirements. Maximum accuracy: Precise tolerances are not a compromise, but a promise. Our tools offer maximum accuracy in production. Replaceable cavities: The interchangeability of cavities enables flexibility, tool longevity and optimizes production processes. Based on a pilot injection mold: Injection molds can be designed on the basis of a carefully developed pilot tool. This allows us to optimize every nuance from the flow behavior of the plastic melt to the final cycle time and ensure that the end product meets the highest standards.
