The product presented (handscupe®) is an innovative, therapeutic positioning aid specifically for the hands. The use of handscupe® in physiotherapy or occupational therapy can have a lasting positive effect on the success of the therapy. The treatment of paretic or rheumatic symptoms in the hand is specifically supported with the respective handscupe® models. This product is manufactured for our customer iMEDgine GmbH (Scupelabs).

All necessary tools were built in-house and assembled and manufactured in the clean room. Upon completion, the customer receives a ready-packaged and sterilized sales part.

Prototyping in series production material – faster and more affordable than ever before! Components in series production quality. 3D printing finally industry-ready with BOSCH. At Bosch Industrial Additive Manufacturing, we have developed a state-of-the-art pellet printer for the precise production of plastic components that can process the original material from the series production process (including injection molding pellets) and achieve mechanical strength values similar to those achieved in injection molding. This makes it possible for the first time to produce prototypes that can already be used for installation tests, as functional prototypes, or in small series. This will significantly shorten development times and reduce the costs for new components in the future.
