Zum Einsatz kommen mehrere Rundtisch- und Vertikalmaschinen, die es uns ermöglichen, komplizierte und filigrane Einlegeteile zu verarbeiten oder schwierige Anspritzungen zu realisieren. Komplette Fertigungszellen und Handlingsautomaten gehören zum Standard. Unser im eigenen Haus ausgebildetes Fachpersonal garantiert durch Erfahrung und Wissen robuste und stabile Fertigungsprozesse. Die konsequente Anwendung der statistischen Versuchsmethodik bei der Neubemusterung und Optimierung bildet dafür die Grundlage. Im Sinne einer "TPM" (total productive maintenance) wird durch präventive Wartung, systematische Inspektion sowie Prüfung und Kalibrierung die Verfügbarkeit der Maschinen und Anlagen gewährleistet und die Reproduzierbarkeit der Fertigungsprozesse sichergestellt.
