Choose from a variety of materials such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), acrylic satiné or satiné blend. Whether embossed, satin-finished, in BWF colourLED® or BWF reflectWHITE - we have a solution that is right for you. The majority of our sheets are available from stock at short notice. Depending on the quantity purchased, plastic sheets can also be extruded in the colour of your choice, various wall thicknesses and production lengths.

Bei der Firma GEMA-Technik GmbH handelt es sich um ein mittelständisches Spritzgussunternehmen mit angeschlossener elektrotechnischer Fertigung und Spulenwickelei. Wir haben gesamt über 150 Mitarbeiter und verfügen über einen eigenen Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau. Zertifiziert sind wir nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, sowie, um dem hohen Anteil in der Automobilindustrie Rechnung zu tragen, nach VDA 6.1. Ausschließlich Thermoplaste verarbeitend liegen unsere Schwerpunkte in der Herstellung technischer Bauteile mit hohen Anforderungen an Genauigkeit und Integrationsfülle. Es werden bei uns auch alle erdenklichen Produkte, wie z.B. elektronische Komponenten, Leiterplatten, oder auch metallische Kontakte in Kunststoff eingebettet, um dadurch ein Funktionsbauteil mit vielseitigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu erhalten. Wir arbeiten in einem Schließkraftbereich von 12 - 200 t und verarbeiten nahezu ausschließlich technische Thermoplaste. Sondermaterialien wie etwa speziell eingestellte Hochtemperaturwerkstoffe nehmen dabei einen wesentlichen Platz ein. Die Herstellung elektrotechnischer Komponenten sowie kleinerer Baugruppen ist unser zweites großes Standbein. Dabei sind als Kerngeschäft vor allem die Herstellung von Spulen aller Art und deren Kontaktierung zu nennen. Diese verarbeiten wir bei Bedarf zu kompletten Erregersystemen weiter, haben also die Möglichkeit, montierte Bausätze zu liefern.
