With our 150 presses, we inject technically complex components in high production quantities for: hydraulic pumps, small household appliances, electromechanics, automotive, lighting, electronics and heating/cooling technology areas. We use the most important thermoplastic and technical materials. Thanks to the in-house ternal mould workshop and the design and development department, customers are constantly supported and their needs are met, including co-design and industrialisation.

Mit unserem Rapid Moulding System RMS® kann ab einer wirtschaftlichen Losgröße von einem Schuss bis zu 2.000 Schuss garantiert produziert werden. Bei geringerer Bauteilkomplexität können diese Schusszahlen auch höher liegen. Die derzeitige maximale Bauteilgröße ist 600mm x 290mm x 250mm, das maximale Spritzgewicht 700 Gramm pro Schuss.

Our production is fully digitally networked – from the ARBURG host computer system to structured maintenance and service processes, all the way to an intelligently integrated production planning system. Version-controlled documentation and clear data structures ensure transparency and complete traceability for every project. In the area of sustainability, we consistently rely on resource-efficient part design, extensive use of hot-runner systems, heat recovery for building heating and service water, as well as reusable shuttle packaging. The result is injection moulding that combines technological strength, digital processes and sustainable thinking – ensuring your products are reliably brought into series production.
