      With the brand new Form Wash L from Formlabs, even large-format components from the Formlabs Form 3L or Formlabs Form 3BL 3D printer can now be cleaned easily and efficiently. Fully automated cleaning system Once the component has been printed, the component can be easily inserted into the Form Wash L using the construction platform. Finally, any excess resin that still adheres to the component is removed using the alcohol isopropanol. All you have to do is set the time for the wash cycle. This then runs automatically until the device lifts the component out of the isopropanol after approx. 15 minutes and allows it to air dry before it is transferred to the Form Cure L for further processing. With the reduced manual intervention on the Form Wash L, you save time, gain efficiency when reworking your parts and achieve top results.

      The Formlabs Fuse 1 makes SLS 3D printing user- and beginner-friendly. The innovative machine enables companies to produce nylon-based prototypes and small batches, combining production-ready technology with high cost efficiency. Compared to industrial SLS 3D printers, the Formlabs Fuse 1 requires only a tenth of the financial outlay, with the same product quality. One reason for the enormous efficiency of the Fuse 1 is the powder recovery system, which returns unused powder residue from printing processes to the material tank.
