With Quick Tooling from priomold, you can receive an injection mould and your first functional parts within just a few working days. The solution is designed for development projects where time is critical and real injection-moulded components are needed at very short notice.

Based on your CAD data, we manufacture a simplified aluminium mould in our in-house tooling department and then produce the required plastic parts directly on our injection moulding machines. Toolmaking and injection moulding are closely integrated without external interfaces or unnecessary delays.

Quick Tooling is particularly suitable for functional testing, design validation, fit and assembly tests, customer samples and urgently required prototypes. Parts are manufactured using a real injection moulding process and selected production materials, allowing material behaviour, functionality and component properties to be evaluated under realistic conditions.
