Need high-quality plastic parts in low to medium volumes without investing in expensive conventional production tooling? priomold’s low-volume injection moulding gives you production-quality parts made from real production materials – quickly, flexibly and economically.

Our aluminium moulds are manufactured in-house, enabling significantly shorter lead times than conventional steel tooling. This allows us to move quickly from your CAD data to finished injection-moulded parts. A wide range of engineering thermoplastics and high-performance polymers is available to meet your specific application requirements.

Low-volume injection moulding is ideal for pre-series and pilot production, market testing, spare parts, product launches and applications with permanently lower production volumes. It also provides the flexibility you need when your design is still evolving.

At priomold, tooling, injection moulding, engineering and quality assurance are all handled in-house. If required, our experts support you with design optimisation and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Our in-house metrology lab also provides services such as initial sample inspection reports, in-process measurements and 3D scanning.
