Vacuum casting produces parts using master patterns, typically produced by SLA, and silicone molds. The process can manufacture 20-25 casts per silicone mold and is ideal for small series and exhibition patterns. Additionally, it enables an evaluation of selected environmental aspects, as well as the impact of colours and finishes.

Validation of thermal mold design, thermal simulation
Higher component quality and longer tool life! Thermal tool design and stiffness testing of your injection mold are essential tools for ensuring high-quality production. At Schwarz Plastic Solutions, we support toolmakers and injection molders in the design and validation of injection molds. This includes not only conducting cavity filling studies but also specifically simulating temperature distribution and heating/cooling concepts.

In this automatic transmission component, the four large holes form the seat and the functional surfaces of the valves. The valve block serves to realize the oil channels and acts as a receptacle for the electric actuators that switch the hydraulic circuits. The component is firmly assembled by means of direct bolting without screw sleeves. Variety of caskets- in PVC, TPE, EPDM and silicon
With conventional edge protection or sealing profiles, a metal carrier is fed in, coated with PVC or TPE and given the desired profile shape. Our extensive range of granules gives us many possibilities to manufacture high-quality products (e.g. for food-compliant use) on our modern production facilities and to adjust the color and physical properties for suitable specifications. Our rubber profiles are manufactured from high-quality EPDM compounds according to a specific recipe on modern production facilities.
