UV Digital Printing – Large-Format Precision in Industrial Quality Using state-of-the-art UV digital printing technology, we produce high-quality prints on components up to 25 cm high and in large formats up to 160 × 250 cm. Our systems enable precise, brilliant results on a wide variety of materials and shapes – ideal for customized, technical, or decorative applications. By combining our many years of experience in screen and pad printing with state-of-the-art pre- and post-treatment processes, we achieve the highest levels of adhesion, durability, and color quality. This allows us to meet even the most demanding requirements according to industrial standards – precisely, flexibly, and reliably.

Realistic prototypes or near-production pre-production parts. Drastically shorten development times, identify weak points early, and reduce costs. With our vacuum casting, we reproduce master models, production parts, or milled and bonded parts – precise, high-quality, and near-production, with custom machining upon request. • 11 vacuum casting chambers with a size of up to 1m x 1m x 1m are available • Materials for plastic, rubber, and silicone • Temperature resistance of up to 200 ºC possible • Production of complex cast parts with inlay parts, e.g. strip conductors, inductors, cooling elements etc. • Small-scale cast series • Production of transparent cast parts • Colouring as required • Problem-free thread moulding • Production of 2-component parts • Surface treatments as required

Vacuum Casting
3D printing reaches its limits when it comes to special requirements such as high-gloss finishes or components with large surface areas or volumes. Vacuum cast parts are a popular alternative because their production is fast, inexpensive and simple. Vacuum casting allows the production of various surface roughnesses and structures and can be finished in different colours, transparency levels and degrees of hardness. The method is therefore suitable for multi-component castings, surfaces in series quality and the recasting of inserts.

The pump cover realizes a flat functional surface of the vacuum pump and at the same time contains the functional bearing of a pressure relief valve. The component is installed close to the engine (temperatures up to +160°C) and permanently in an oil-containing environment. By means of direct screwing without screw sleeves, the cover is firmly mounted on the pump housing. Industry: automotive industry Special features: + highly flat functional surface on the inside and at the same time highly fissured outside with pronounced stiffening ribs. + Realization of the flatness of the component geometry by tooling, without machining. + Screw-on areas by means of direct screw connection (without sleeves). + System integration of various functions in one component.
