      Our toolmaking department, established in 1982, uses CAM in all core processes, such as milling, wire cutting and eroding. Several CAM programming stations, which are fully networked with the design department, guarantee a smooth process. Our highly qualified precision mechanics and technicians in toolmaking and our modern machinery, which also enables us to polish and mill for high-gloss surfaces, guarantee the consistent quality of our injection molding tools. In addition to our core competence in injection molding tools, our toolmaking department also supports your vision by building automation systems and devices for your molds. Finally, we also provide maintenance for the tools themselves. This saves our customers time, money, and effort while ensuring the smooth operation of the tools in injection molding production. Of course, our toolmaking department is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and audited and listed by well-known OEMs.
