Thermoformen

Thermoforming
The thermoforming is particularly suited for the production of simple plastic components in small batches, with the advantage of low mold costs. Thermoforming allows for fast tool making and would therefore be also an obvious choice for prototyps. The surface could be refined later. Manufacture of technical thermo-moulded components made of standard and high-tech plastic Processing with high-performance 5 axes CNC milling machines Complete component assembly Production of voluminous molded parts up to 2400 x 1200 x 900 mm Thermoforming has the following advantages: Fast tool making Production of small and large batches Prototyping Low tool costs

Thermoplastic compounds, colour and additive masterbatches
MESGO has joined the Hexpol Group, which has acquired an 80 per cent stake in the company, with a view to continuing its growth and accelerating its international expansion. The MESGO Group is now a key partner for all your product enquiries in the rubber and plastics industry. It offers one of the most comprehensive product ranges in Europe. This includes organic, silicone, fluorinated rubber and thermoplastic compounds, as well as all the necessary additives and pigments for the production process.

THERMOPLASTIC FOAM INJECTION TECHNIQUES: Using chemical foaming, or thermoplastic foam injection, the plastic is foamed using a chemical propellant. This minimises the kind of sink marks that are otherwise unavoidable with thick-walled components.

Thermoplastic Injection Molding
Our thermoplastic injection moulding technology enables us to offer customised solutions for a wide range of applications. Thanks to the extensive parameterisation, we can adapt the production processes precisely to your specific requirements. This flexibility allows us to process a wide range of materials and geometries to ensure the best possible product quality. Our services at a glance: Processing of engineering thermoplastics, including glass fibre reinforcements up to 60% and fire protection equipment, as well as the processing of thermoplastics in the visible area, including high-gloss moulded parts and lightweight components. With modern technology and a high degree of automation, we guarantee efficiency and precision. We also use robot removal systems for automated handling to further optimise production processes and increase manufacturing efficiency.

Thermoplastic processing
The thermoplastic injection moulding process melts the granulate and, using the appropriate injection pressure, injects it into a cooled tool. Thermoplastics have the advantage that they bind particularly well with multi-component parts. Our product portfolio incorporates a wide spectrum, from purely technical components to transparent visible components with high-quality surfaces (e.g. spectacle frame temples). A fleet of modern machinery with semi- and fully automated systems, central material supply, hot runner tools, automated removal processes and an experienced team of injection moulding specialists are ready to meet your needs.
