SchoPlast Plastic is a modern plastics processing company and produces with highly automated machines and high-tech control technology.
SchoPlast Plastic GmbH's machine park includes 36 injection molding machines and 75 fully automatic pressing stations.
Our broad portfolio includes plastic components for switching and control technology, for the electrical and automotive industries, medical technology and household goods. The use of robot installations and ionization technology enables high-quality delivery of high-gloss parts in the visible area.

Thermoset Pressing Process
At SchoPlast, we focus on maximum precision and reliability in the production of DuroPlast mouldings. Our DuroPlast moulds have excellent dimensional stability, which means that the parts produced reliably retain their shape and dimensions even under extreme conditions. Our mouldings resist deformation and shrinkage, even under high temperatures and loads. State-of-the-art moulding technology ensures tight tolerances and consistent quality. DuroPlast mouldings are highly resistant and have a long service life. They are ideal for applications where reliability and durability are critical, such as automotive, electrical and mechanical engineering. Thermoplastic Injection Molding
Our thermoplastic injection moulding technology enables us to offer customised solutions for a wide range of applications. Thanks to the extensive parameterisation, we can adapt the production processes precisely to your specific requirements. This flexibility allows us to process a wide range of materials and geometries to ensure the best possible product quality. Our services at a glance: Processing of engineering thermoplastics, including glass fibre reinforcements up to 60% and fire protection equipment, as well as the processing of thermoplastics in the visible area, including high-gloss moulded parts and lightweight components. With modern technology and a high degree of automation, we guarantee efficiency and precision. We also use robot removal systems for automated handling to further optimise production processes and increase manufacturing efficiency.
Mold making of SchoPlast Plastic GmbH
Tool and mold making forms the foundation for high-quality plastics processing at SchoPlast. Using state-of-the-art CNC milling, wire EDM, and die-sinking EDM machines, as well as a comprehensive range of machinery, we manufacture precision tools for thermoset compression molding, thermoset injection molding, and thermoplastic injection molding. Our highly trained specialists combine years of experience with innovative technology, ensuring that every tool is precisely tailored to our customers; requirements. Continuous quality control and ISO 9001 certification guarantee consistently high precision, reliability, and durability of the manufactured molds. Plastics Technician (m/f/d)
As a Plastics Technician (m/f/d) at SchoPlast Plastic GmbH, you play a key role in the serial production of plastic components at one of Europe’s leading companies for duroplast and thermoplast processing. You are responsible for setting up, operating and optimizing injection molding machines, defining setup and process instructions, and validating process parameters to ensure stable and efficient production. In addition, you analyze and improve processing workflows, resolve production issues, lead sampling and process optimization teams, and support the introduction of new products, materials and manufacturing methods. This role combines hands-on injection molding expertise with responsibility for quality, processes and teamwork in a modern industrial environment.
Plastics Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Plastics Engineer (m/f/d) at SchoPlast Plastic GmbH, you will work in one of Europe’s leading companies for duroplast and thermoplast processing. In this key role, you are responsible for the development and optimization of plastic components and products, as well as the analysis and continuous improvement of production processes. You lead and support a four-person team, manage projects from sampling to series production, and prepare essential manufacturing and quality documentation (e.g. PPAP, FMEA). Process mechanic, machine setter, plastics processor (m/f/d)
Your tasks: • Independent setup, operation and setup of injection molding machines • Setting up robotics • Maintaining ongoing production and checking process safety • Support in the sampling of new tools and the subsequent transfer to series production • Participation in the optimization of manufacturing processes Your profile: • ideally completed training as a process mechanic for plastics technology or a comparable qualification • Sound knowledge of the operation of injection molding machines • Experience in plastics processing is an advantage • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high level of commitment
Mechatronics engineer / electronics technician / electrician (m/f/d)
As a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) at SchoPlast Plastic GmbH, you ensure the reliable operation of modern production facilities at one of Europe’s leading companies for duroplast and thermoplast processing. You are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of machines, electrical equipment and systems, as well as the assembly of mechanical, electronic and electrical components. In addition, you plan and control workflows of mechatronic and electrical systems, analyze malfunctions in plant operation and resolve technical issues. Working closely with other departments, you make a key contribution to equipment availability, process reliability and efficient production.
Purchasing Team Leader (m/f/d)
As Head of Purchasing / Purchasing Team Leader (m/f/d) at SchoPlast Plastic GmbH, you hold both disciplinary and functional responsibility for the purchasing department at one of Europe’s leading companies for duroplast and thermoplast processing.
