New automation solution strengthens our manufacturing
With the new 2-belt tray stacker, we at SchoPlast are focusing on flexible, future-proof automation and are sustainably strengthening our production.
SchoPlast GmbH in Bischofswerda recently expanded its production with a 2-belt tray stacker, including gripper and safety guard, from Dürrschmidt. The system complements an existing Sepro injection molding machine with a robot and enables the stacking of trays with a total buffer of five meters on two conveyor belts.
Thanks to its high adaptability to different production lines and tray sizes, the new solution significantly contributes to increased efficiency. Automation reduces manpower and saves time and costs.
A key selection criterion was the systemversatility: Dürrschmidt tray stackers can not only handle various tray formats but are also suitable for small load carriers (KLTs) or cartons.
Furthermore, they allow stacking with dividers or the direct placement of parts. With this investment, we are taking another important step towards future-proof, flexible, and efficient manufacturing.
