      Plastics processing - Production of precision injection molded parts from thermoplastic materials - Overmolding of inserts and components (insert molding) - Molding of plastic segments onto metal components (outsert molding) - Processing of high-temperature materials up to PEEK in large-scale production - Ultrasonic welding of components We manufacture a wide range of plastic parts on state-of-the-art injection molding machines with clamping forces of 12 t - 200 t. In addition to the processing of all known technical thermoplastics, the focus is on the use of high-temperature resistant and specially modified plastics. Several rotary table and vertical machines are used, which enable us to process complicated and filigree inserts or to realize difficult gating. Complete production cells and automatic handling machines are standard. Our in-house trained technical staff guarantees robust and stable manufacturing processes through experience and knowledge. The consistent application of statistical test methodology during re-sampling and optimization forms the basis for this. In the sense of "TPM" (total productive maintenance), preventive maintenance, systematic inspection as well as testing and calibration guarantee the availability of machines and equipment and ensure the reproducibility of manufacturing processes.

Dadurch lassen sich funktionale Prototypen und realitätsnahe Modelle fertigen, die sonst aufwendig zusammengesetzt werden müssten. Neben dieser Materialvielfalt überzeugt das Verfahren durch seine außergewöhnliche Detailgenauigkeit und eine glatte Oberfläche, die kaum Nachbearbeitung erfordert. Ideal für anspruchsvolle Designs, Prototypen und Präsentationsmodelle.

      The TechnoFin product range offers a broad portfolio of standard and special compounds and the possibility of implementing customised customer solutions. In addition to PP or HD-PE base polymers, a wide range of fillers and reinforcing materials are used. UV protection and impact modifiers, flame retardants or fillers to improve electrical conductivity, for example, extend the product range. Colour adjustments, antistatic, nucleated, scratch-resistant or low-emission grades are available to customer order. Densities of up to 3 g/cm³ can be achieved for applications where sound absorption takes centre stage. Typical applications include products for the automotive, electrical and packaging industries.
