Wir beraten diese von der Datenaufnahme bis hin zum Endanwendungsteil. Deine Aufgaben:
- Inbetriebnahme unserer 3D-Drucker und 3D-Scanner beim Kunden
- Planung und Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen
- Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen
- Kundenschulungen
- Kundenbetreuung, wie z.B. After-Sales
- Pflege unserer Kundendatenbank
- Produktion der Benchmarkteile
- Ersatzteilmanagement
Was Du mitbringst:
- Ausbildung mit und ohne Berufserfahrung
- Quereinsteiger mit technischer Affinität sind ausdrücklich willkommen
- Pkw-Führerschein
- Teamfähigkeit
- Souveränes, offenes sowie freundliches Auftreten
- Englisch Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil
