We advise them from data acquisition to the end application part. Join our team as an assistant to our back office sales team (m/f/d), in which you will work in a pleasant, innovative start-up atmosphere and contribute to the digitization of numerous production processes in companies. We are looking for your support at our location in 88339 Bad Waldsee (DE) as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- On the phone you inspire existing and potential customers
- You have the back of our sales department (contacting new customers, making appointments, preparing offers and orders, etc.)
- You accompany us to trade fairs and conduct customer events (webinars, workshops, etc.)
- The customer databases are maintained by you
- You develop leads and lead lists including researching contacts and pre-qualify them
- You take over the coordination of our online orders and update products
What you bring:
- Training or studies with and without professional experience
- Passion for customer contact and communication skills as well as enjoyment of telephoning
- Confident, open and friendly demeanor, to competently conduct customer discussions
- ability to work in a team
- Basic technical knowledge is an advantage
- Very good PC knowledge and experienced handling of MS Office
- English knowledge is an advantage
