Profile: Completed vocational training, strong interest in modern technology, solid knowledge of materials, machines and tools, experience with Arburg/Demag machines and handling systems such as Wittmann, Geiger or Yaskawa. You work responsibly, flexibly and as part of a team.

You will lead a team of around 10 employees, coordinate tasks and staffing, and ensure stable processes, high quality, and on time production. You are responsible for OEE, conduct daily shopfloor meetings, and drive Lean and improvement initiatives. Profile: Qualified Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology (master level preferred), first leadership experience, strong technical interest, ideally automotive background, independent, solution oriented and a strong team player.
