
International Version – Shift Leader Injection Molding (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Shift Leader for our injection molding department in a 2 shift operation. You will lead a team of around 10 employees, coordinate tasks and staffing, and ensure stable processes, high quality, and on time production. You are responsible for OEE, conduct daily shopfloor meetings, and drive Lean and improvement initiatives.
Profile: Qualified Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology (master level preferred), first leadership experience, strong technical interest, ideally automotive background, independent, solution oriented and a strong team player.

You work closely with project management, engineering and production and maintain project documentation. Profile: Technical degree or training with purchasing/business qualification, 3+ years of (project) purchasing experience, fluent German/English, confident with MS Office and ERP (SAP/IK Office), communicative, structured and a team player.
