Products & services

Injection moulds
Small series tool made of steel

small batch series
Small batch series are manufactured by our Rapid Tooling injection moulding tools, with a maximum output quantity of between 1500 and 30000 parts.

HSC
CNC milled part: 5-axis machining POM.

Stereolithography
Using the SLA method, the layers are formed by curing a liquid photosensitive epoxy resin with a UV laser. This method allows very filigree, dimensionally stable parts of any geometry with a vertical process accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm with high surface quality. The components of this process are also due for functional tests (e.g. optical fiber). With our machines we are able to manufacture parts with layer thicknesses of 0.05 to 0.15mm in dimensions up to 500x500x500mm manufactured one-piece. Larger components can be manufactured in several parts and then joined.. The materials we use are suitable for the automotive industry, medical technology, consumer goods, etc., we also feature materials that are biocompatible according to USP Class VI !

Lasersintering
The SLS method is also a technology in which the part is manufactured in layers. In this case the parts are produced by melting powdered thermoplastics with a laser. This method is particularly suitable in order to produce functional, mechanically loadable prototypes to which no special demands are made to the surface. The material properties of the components correspond to almost 90% of the later series parts. Five different materials, from the TPU to filled polyamide, partially biocompatible per USP Class VI or fire protection class V-0 and blue-card certificate, are available.

Silicone Casting
In the RAPID silicone casting process developed by TEUFEL Prototypes, silicone that is identical to the series is poured into a printed mold. The shape is not subject to wear and tear, so quantities from one to almost unlimited quantities can be produced. The TEUFEL prototype RAPID silicone casting process is therefore ideally suited for the production of silicone parts in small and medium quantities. The most important difference to common 3D printing processes is the use of silicones from series production and not variants modified for 3D printing. Thus you get 100% of the desired properties of your product.

Vakuum casting
Vacuum casting produces parts using master patterns, typically produced by SLA, and silicone molds. The process can manufacture 20-25 casts per silicone mold and is ideal for small series and exhibition patterns. Additionally, it enables an evaluation of selected environmental aspects, as well as the impact of colours and finishes.

CarbonReduced SLS polymer
TEUFEL Prototypes is using a special climate-friendly polymer "PA CarbonReduced" for SLS applications. The new "CarbonReduced PA white" has a greatly improved climate effect and, in accordance with the TEUFEL prototype sustainability guideline, contributes to the reduction of CO2 in our production process. By using renewable energies, the CO2 footprint in the production of SLS parts from our "PA white CarbonReduced" is almost 45% lower than with conventional PA. This also has no influence on the high quality and material composition.

SLS material 2210 FR with fire protection class V-0
TEUFEL is offering laser sintered parts (SLS parts) in high-quality resolution and UL94 fire protection class V-0. Our laser sinter parts made of the EOS material PA2210FR have the absolute finest EOS FORMIGA quality and are produced with a vertical layer thickness of 0.12mm. Another advantage of our new SLS material: It is halogen-free, blue-card certified and corresponds to FAR 25.853, so it is also suitable for electrical engineering and aerospace.
