About us
Speedpart - 3D Printing, Rapid Tooling and Injection Molding
For over 30 years, Speedpart has been one of the leading service providers in the areas of 3D printing, rapid prototyping and small batch production in Germany. With the latest manufacturing technologies, we offer innovative and cost-effective solutions - whether using additive or conventional processes. Our range of services extends from industrial 3D printing to injection molding and toolmaking, always with the highest precision and quality.
NEW: Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
With the Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) process, Speedpart relies on a high-performance technology that is particularly suitable for functional prototypes and small series close to series production. Our MJF-manufactured components impress with:
• High dimensional accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent surface quality without complex post-processing
• Outstanding mechanical properties and resilience
• Efficient production for economical small series
Thanks to the fast production times and optimal use of materials, MJF offers a cost-effective alternative to conventional 3D printing processes or injection molding - ideal for your small series or your prototypes!
Small Batch Production
Speedpart offers individual solutions for small series - from additive processes to vacuum casting to injection molding. Whether first product samples, pre-series or small series of up to 100,000 pieces - we manufacture precise components with optimal mechanical properties and high attention to detail.
Additive manufacturing opens up maximum design freedom and enables the rapid production of complex geometries, functional prototypes and near-series components without tool costs. We use a wide range of 3D printing technologies and materials - from plastics to high-performance polymers and metals.
For small series with a wide variety of materials, vacuum casting offers a cost-effective solution for producing detailed components in castable plastics that have properties close to those of series production.
Speedpart produces your individual injection-molded component from just one piece. The injection mold is manufactured using CNC or metal laser sintering processes. Speedpart can produce not only the tools, but also the end products themselves using its own injection molding machines in-house. This ensures quality and precision. You receive the mold, the prototype or the final series from a single source. This means quantities of up to 100,000 are possible - from the CAD drawing to certified production.
By combining these processes, we guarantee economical and technically optimal solutions for every application.
Certified environmental management system
Our production processes meet the highest quality and environmental standards. In addition to certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for quality assurance, we are also certified according to ISO 14001:2015 for sustainable environmental management. This international standard specifies requirements for an environmental management system that a company like Speedpart can use to improve its environmental performance, meet legal and other obligations and achieve environmental goals. Speedpart has a great responsibility in this regard, whether towards its customers, suppliers or employees. Environmental protection and the responsible use of resources are important to Speedpart and the next certification in 2026 is therefore already eagerly awaited.
