Tecomid NA-PA66 / NB-PA6 / NC-PA66/6
Polyamides have the perfect blend of high toughness and high stiffness with good abrasion and wear resistance, good chemical resistance to greases and oils, and good UV resistance. Used mainly in the automotive industry, but also in the E+E sector, mechanical engineering, etc.

Tecodur (PBT )
PBT is characterised by high strength and rigidity, as well as good friction and sliding properties, coupled with good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and excellent electrical properties. Used in the E+E sector for housings or plugs, valves, etc.

Antioxidants

Flame retardants and synergists, anti dripping agents
Halogenated and halogen free flame retardants for various polymers and levels of flame retardancy. We also offer flame retardant synergists.

Tecomid NG - High Performance PA
Tecomid NG has excellent toughness and stiffness. It is characterized by low moisture absorption and above-average above-average dimensional stability. Whether it is fillers or reinforced, it retains an exceptional exceptional surface.

Tecomid NI - PA 6.10
Lower moisture absorption than PA6 & PA66. Excellent Chemical and hydrolysis resistance. Higher heat resistance and mechanical properties than PA12.

Tecopeek
PEEK is the high-performance material par excellence that achieves top marks in all properties. It is used in aerospace technology, automotive and mechanical engineering, in high-voltage and semiconductor technology and in medicine.

Tecotron (PPS)
PPS is a high-performance plastic with outstanding properties in terms of heat resistance, rigidity, chemical resistance and electrical insulation. Typical applications are automotive "under the hood", E+E, medical, mechanical and chemical engineering.

Tecomid HT (PPA)
PPA is the alternative when polyamides reach their limits. Use at permanently high temperatures in conjunction with high demands on the mechanics. The very low moisture absorption, coupled with the high dimensional stability and chemical resistance makes it a perfect material for automotive construction, e.g. for pumps and headlight housings, engine body parts or cable connections.

Tecomid/Tecolen/Tecotek/Tekopet-Eco
Recycled material from industrial waste such as textile fibres, and consumer waste such as containers, crates, bottles. Recycled polymers as well as recycled glass, carbon, aramid and mineral fillers ensure "near to prime" quality.Usable in a wide range of applications such as E&E, household items, sports&leisure, automotive, furniture and many more.Outstanding properties in terms of heat resistance, stiffness,chemical resistance and electrical insulation. Typical applications are automotive "under the hood", E+E, medicine, mechanical engineering and chemical engineering.

Tecomid-/Tecolen-/Teco-bio
Processed from agricultural materials (castor oil etc.) into biopolyamides. Tecolen-/Tecotekbio with partial organic content, (wood fibres/flour, bast and leaf fibres) + organic (consumer and agricultural waste) + filling and reinforcing materials with petroleum-based PP, ABS and PE polymers.100 100% biodegradable: Tecobio® made of PLA, PBS, TPS and PBAT as well as natural or synthetic reinforcing materials and additivesThe properties are improved by the use of materials with organic content (wood fibres/wood flour, bast fibres and leaf fibres) and organic (consumer and agricultural) waste.

Elvax
Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers with good chemical resistance for extrusion applications such as cables, films and flooring, injection molding applications such as gaskets or even hot melt adhesives.

Elvaloy
Ethylene (Ter) copolymers with similar properties and applications as Elvax. However, mainly in compounds as compatibilizers, e.g. in PBT/PET, PC/ABS, etc.

Fusabond
Impact modifier with focus on polyamide. The main advantage is the very good toughness improvement with hardly decreasing flowability for compounds with high filler content. Fusabond is also used as a compatibilizer and adhesion promoter.

Nucrel
Highly polar ethylene-acid copolymer with outstanding chemical resistance for adhesion modification of plastic-paper, plastic-metal and actually incompatible plastic compounds (e.g. PE and PA). Applications in films, cables, profiles, in compounding and masterbatch production.

Bynel
Highly polar ethylene-acid copolymer with outstanding chemical resistance for adhesion modification of plastic-paper, plastic-metal and actually incompatible plastic compounds (e.g. PE and PA). Applications in films, cables, profiles, in compounding and masterbatch production.

Surlyn
Highly polar ionomer for improving transparency and scratch resistance in films. Use in injection molding for thick-walled and highly transparent, glass-like jars or lids for high-quality packaging (cosmetics, perfume).

Entira AS
Antistatic agents for use in the compounding of e.g. PE or PA.

Surlyn PC 2000
Surlyn PC 2000 for high-quality cosmetics packaging Especially for thick-walled lids and jars, Surlyn PC 2000 from DOW offers the perfect blend of high-quality appearance, transparency and chemical resistance. Additional coating is a thing of the past. Surlyn PC 2000 is already fully recyclable in the HD-PE stream. From 2024, the material will also be available up to a proportion of 70% based on chemical recycling or biological raw materials! These variants correspond chemically 1:1 to the oil-based type and are therefore also fully recyclable.

PFAS free processing aids
Siloxanbased processing aid for extrusion applications. We offer a 5% masterbatch and the 100% pure additive.

Complex inorganic pigments
Complex inorganic pigments providing high UV, weather and temperature stability for high performance applications.

Metal stearates, fatty acids, esters and amides
Magnesium, calcium and zinc stearates, stearic acid, GMO, GMS, EBS

Polytives Flow Enhancer
Universally applicable flow improver, works in any polymer. Not only for plastics, but also for rubber, PU, polymers in the adhesives sector, etc.
