Especially for thick-walled lids and jars, Surlyn PC 2000 from DOW offers the perfect blend of high-quality appearance, transparency and chemical resistance. Additional coating is a thing of the past.
Surlyn PC 2000 is already fully recyclable in the HD-PE stream.
From 2024, the material will also be available up to a proportion of 70% based on chemical recycling or biological raw materials! These variants correspond chemically 1:1 to the oil-based type and are therefore also fully recyclable.
