About us

AOS Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in 89257 Illertissen, is a medium-sized industrial company specializing in the planning, development and extrusion of thermoplastics.

We offer you everything from a single source, from advice, development and construction of technical plastic profiles, tool manufacture in our own tool shop, the production of your individual plastic profiles to quality control and free delivery.

After we have advised you extensively, we will produce an individual design for you in 2D or 3D CAD.

If necessary, we can quickly turn the 3D construction into a first prototype in our in-house 3D printer. Based on the prototype or the construction, you can decide for series production in our house or for modifications.

The tools for your technical plastic profiles are manufactured quickly and easily in our in-house tool shop.

Our toolmaking is characterized by more than 50 years of experience in the realization of difficult geometries and high output. Since all production steps are carried out internally, we can react flexibly and quickly to individual requirements.

With various modern machines, very difficult geometries can be manufactured from 3D models in our tool shop.

Our quality control checks according to customer specifications according to DIN standards, individual or use-specific aspects.

Regular documentation of the desired measurement parameters can be made during production.

Our strengths are a fast delivery time for serial items and free delivery, also with our own truck.
If required, we offer our own long goods racks made of wood or metal, cardboard and plastic or wooden spools for packaging.
