SMD-Spulen, Stangenmagazinverschlüsse, Schaltergehäuse und -stößel, Verriegelungs- und Drehknöpfe, Abheftmechaniken finden sich in unserem Sortiment. In der Extrusionsproduktion (https://www.rothe.de/de/extrusion.html) stellen wir Profile für viele Anwendungen her, z. B. für die Textil-, Elektronik-, Bau- und Autoindustrie sowie die Büroorganisation. Unsere Extrusionsprodukte zeichnen sich immer durch höchste Qualität aus. Ganz nach Kundenwunsch fertigen wir zum Beispiel technische Profile, Stangenmagazine, Dichtungsprofile, Klemmprofile, Organisationsmittel, Kleiderbügelzubehör, Profile für die Bauindustrie und Profile für den Einsatz im Automotive-Bereich. Dabei können wir im Coextrusionsbereich artgleiche und fremdartige Kunststoffschmelzen zusammenführen. Unsere Extrusionsprodukte sind beispielsweise aus Hart- und Weich-PVC, ABS, PC, PE, PET, PP, PS oder TPE gefertigt. Mit dem Tiefziehverfahren/Thermoformen (https://www.rothe.de/de/tiefziehen.html) bringen wir Produkte in Form. Dabei verarbeiten wir hauptsächlich Kunststofffolien aus PC, PET oder PS, bei Bedarf auch in ableitfähiger oder antistatischer Ausführung sowie in diversen Stärken, Dicken und Breiten. Höchste Präzision steht bei uns im Vordergrund, sowohl als endlos tiefgezogene Ware oder als gestanztes Tiefziehteil in unterschiedlichsten Dimensionen.
