THERMODET® HIPS+PE

Sheets made of a special compound of high impact polystyrene and polyethylene. Compared to pure HIPS composite sheets, our HIPS+PE-blend offers very good impact strength at low-temperatures and chemical resistance due to the PE content. The high processing shrinkage of the polyethylene is reduced to such an extent that our product can be easily thermoformed.
