System RALV from DEZIMAL GmbH Vienna

The acad group GmbH, based in Heilsbronn, is pleased to announce its collaboration with DEZIMAL GmbH from Vienna in the area of ​​the RALV optical system.

With RALV, the missing link between preoperatively predicted and postoperatively achieved visual performance during refractive lens exchange could be closed.

This partnership development is a significant step in our efforts to provide innovative solutions for our customers.

Together with DEZIMAL GmbH, we worked intensively on optimizing and further developing the housing assembly of the RALV optical system.

Important contributions to the development on the part of acad were the preliminary conception as well as the functional and production-oriented design coordination and elaboration of the housing assembly.

Our expertise extended, among other things, to the carriage kinematics for the eye test holder and the locking of the mirror flap to adjust the optical axis to the patient's pupillary distance.

In addition, we are proud to produce the plastic housing components in small batches for this project. This shows our commitment to tailor-made solutions and our ability to deliver the highest quality even in small series production.

We are proud of this cooperation and the results achieved. This is another step towards our goal of minimizing risks in series production and accelerating the product development process.
