Multi-component injection molding

We use all common concepts of machine and tool technology (insertion, transfer, turntable, index plate or core back processes) to manufacture composite components.

We examine the technically and economically most advantageous variant and offer complete solutions for:

- Plastic-plastic composites (hard/hard; hard/soft; currently up to 4 components),
- Metal-plastic composites with different metal surfaces,
- Wood-plastic composites, e.g. using primers.
