Bending to perfection – shaping with precision

We rely on proven thermal processes to bend plastic sheets elegantly and stress-free. Heating is carried out precisely using a filament or narrow-beam heater before the sheet is bent along a defined fold line. After cooling, the component retains its shape – if necessary, with increased strength through targeted post-processing.

Maximum heating length: up to 3000 mm. Maximum material thickness: up to 40 mm.
