We invest not only in the latest technology, but also in sustainable and responsible solutions to positively shape the future.

Our energy management system includes numerous components – from energy piles with integrated heating and cooling technology to machine cooling, compressed air systems, and internal water treatment systems, as well as a photovoltaic system.

Since then, we have continuously expanded the system and now have a photovoltaic output of around 370 kWp, making a valuable contribution to meeting our energy needs while simultaneously reducing CO₂ emissions. In combination with other measures within our energy management system, we not only increase the efficiency of our production but also heat a large portion of our premises with waste heat from the production halls and from around 100 energy piles that are directly integrated into the production processes. Thanks to a reversible heat pump, the rooms can be not only heated but also cooled when needed. We also use the resulting waste heat for hot water production.
The entire system is controlled by an internal control system that networks all relevant systems and components, enabling efficient control and monitoring of the entire energy balance.
