This is our additive manufacturing, impressive in its printing capabilities. Ideas are transformed directly into tangible parts without unnecessary detours. The dream of "series quality for one piece," meaning the production of a unique, highly precise, individual item, has long been a reality at Handtmann in Rodgau. And here, too, we utilize Lauramid® PA12C, the ideal material for additive manufacturing. It stands for durable and resilient components. Continuous monitoring and control of all process steps, including pre- and post-processing, ensures consistently high component quality across every project – even for large production runs. The entire production process, from slicing and nesting to surface treatment, coloring, and machining, takes place in Rodgau. This allows us to guarantee maximum flexibility, precision, and quality in additive manufacturing from a single source. THE FUTURE IS ADDITIONAL. HANDTMANN MAKES IT TANGIBLE! We have been pioneers in 3D printing since 1989. That's why we've invested in the queen of large-format printers, the "Queen 1" from Q.Big 3D. With it, you can have parts with dimensions exceeding 1 m³ produced by us. Another advantage of the Q.Big 3D is that the parts are produced using standard injection molding material. This has a positive impact on the material costs of your component. But that's not all. In the SLS area, we've invested in a Farsoon HT601P-2. The benefit for you and your components: By using two laser heads, production time can be significantly reduced without any loss of quality. And that's not all. At Handtmann, you can also obtain products using FFF, SLA, SLM, and MJF processes. We not only rely on our own PA12C recycled material, but also process many other materials for a wide variety of requirements.
