Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d)

RABATECH Kunststofftechnik GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized company with over 55 years of experience in the plastics industry. Founded as Zink Kunststofftechnik, it was renamed Rabatech Kunststofftechnik GmbH in November 2018.
On our 27 injection molding machines (12.5 - 420 ton clamping force) we manufacture for the following industries, among others: household goods, furniture industry, water treatment, electrical industry, automotive, etc. at our location in Schwabach.

Job description
• Independent setting up of injection molding machines and peripherals
• Error and fault elimination and process optimization
• Sampling of new tools
• Quality checks during production
• Equipping the machines with raw material
• Organization of shift personnel

Qualifications
• Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics/rubber as a setter (m/f/d)
• Min. 5 years of professional experience
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Independent working style
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, commitment and initiative
• Written and spoken German skills
• Experience with machine manufacturers from Krauss Maffei, Arburg and Demag as well as linear robots from Krauss Maffei, Wittmann and Arburg desirable
