Your Responsibilities
• Operating and setting up modern production equipment
• Quality control and product changeovers
• Troubleshooting, minor repairs and optimizations
• Maintenance of equipment and collaboration on improvements
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees

Your Profile
• Mechanical or electromechanical training
• Experience with technical systems
• Skilled in craftsmanship, solution-oriented and able to work in a team
• Independent, reliable and willing to work shifts

Tasks
In this varied role, you will operate modern production equipment, conduct quality checks, implement product changes, and ensure smooth assembly processes. You will perform minor repairs and fine-tuning, maintain equipment, and actively participate in improvement processes. You will also be involved in setting up manual workstations and training new colleagues.

Requirements
You have a mechanical or electromechanical qualification and experience in handling technical equipment. You are characterized by manual dexterity, a networked and solution-oriented mindset, and an independent and reliable working style. You are motivated, flexible, and enjoy working in a team. We expect a willingness to collaborate across departments, and shift work is a given.
