About us
Wefapress Beck + Co. GmbH – This family-owned company from Vreden, established in 1895, develops, manufactures, and processes high-molecular-weight and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylenes (PE-HMW and PE-UHMW) as well as other engineering plastics such as POM, PA, PEEK, PTFE, and PET into semi-finished products and custom-made finished parts. The portfolio ranges from sheets, chain guides, and steel C-profiles to individual plastic components manufactured according to customer drawings.
With approximately 135 employees, a production area of 20,000 m², and state-of-the-art, high-performance machinery, Wefapress is now a key player in the plastics market. Customers in the conveyor technology, mechanical engineering, paper, food, and filling and packaging industries rely on the durable, wear-resistant, and precise components from our company, which can be produced in small batches up to large production runs. Wefapress - Turned and milled parts
From one-off production and small batches to series production, we design and manufacture high-quality plastic components for you. Wefapress focuses on the individual needs of our customers. Depending on customer requirements, we can draw on a wide range of engineering plastics, which we process on our state-of-the-art production machines. Modern thermoplastics such as PE, POM, PA, and PET are almost on par with metals. They are versatile and often offer an economical alternative to steel, aluminum, or zinc. At Wefapress®, we use these materials to create customized plastic solutions that meet your specific requirements. Wefapress - Conveyor technology
In conveyor technology and automation, efficient and durable materials are crucial. Wefapress® provides high-quality plastic solutions specifically developed for the requirements of this industry. Our products offer excellent sliding properties, wear resistance, and require no lubricants. With our expertise and decades of experience, we are your reliable partner for customized plastic solutions in conveyor technology. We manufacture both our semi-finished plastic products and our custom-made components, such as plastic gears, profiles, guides, and screw conveyors, to the highest standards, making them suitable for use in all sectors of automation and conveyor technology.
Wefapress - Scrolls
With Wefapress®, you have a partner with years of experience in screw production. We offer you turnkey solutions, from technical consulting and semi-finished product manufacturing to the finished screw. Wefapress® screws made of St 1000 steel in natural, green, or black, or in a color of your choice, are impact and abrasion resistant, noise-dampening, have excellent impact strength, and a superior surface finish. All screws are manufactured exclusively on a special CNC machine tool. This allows us to produce screws with a total length of up to 10,000 mm in a single piece. Thanks to the unique coding of all delivered screws, we can supply absolutely identical spare parts in the shortest possible time.
Wefapress - Plastic sheets
Wefapress® manufactures high-quality semi-finished plastic products for a wide range of industrial applications. Our products are made from engineering plastics such as PE-UHMW (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene), PE-HMW (High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene), POM (Polyoxymethylene), PA (Polyamide), PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), and other specialty materials. Available as sheets, rods, and custom cuts, our semi-finished products offer maximum quality, precision, and material variety – precisely tailored to your requirements.
