About us
We are your competent and reliable full-service partner for product development, plastics processing, toolmaking and injection molding. We have been growing with and on the success of our customers in the automotive, medical, mechanical engineering, sanitary and electrical engineering sectors since 1982.
Our diverse range of services starts with product development and continues through quality assurance, assembly and packaging to logistics. Our site is state-of-the-art in terms of energy and does not use any fossil fuels. Among other things, we ensure a reduction in energy requirements in production by using state-of-the-art machines and intelligent building technology.

tool design
As a full-service partner, VEMA accompanies you competently and reliably from your first vision of a component to the tangible product. Our experienced project management team will support you from the very beginning. Our own design department shapes your vision and creates the foundation for the construction of your tools in our toolmaking facillity. Whether single or multi-component technology, injection molding or overmolding, optical or technical components, our designers with many yearsof experience will always find a solution to implement your vision.

tool shop
Our toolmaking department, established in 1982, uses CAM in all core processes, such as milling, wire cutting and eroding. Several CAM programming stations, which are fully networked with the design department, guarantee a smooth process. Our highly qualified precision mechanics and technicians in toolmaking and our modern machinery, which also enables us to polish and mill for high-gloss surfaces, guarantee the consistent quality of our injection molding tools. In addition to our core competence in injection molding tools, our toolmaking department also supports your vision by building automation systems and devices for your molds. Finally, we also provide maintenance for the tools themselves. This saves our customers time, money, and effort while ensuring the smooth operation of the tools in injection molding production. Of course, our toolmaking department is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and audited and listed by well-known OEMs.

With 40 machines ranging from 30 to 250tons of clamping force, we are ideally prepared to manufacture a wide range of components. In addition to a high degree of automation, from removal to packaging of components, the numerous equipment variants of our machines ensure that we are perfectly adapted to the wishes of our customers, from small series in the medical sector to mass production of optical components in the automotive industry. In addition to all common materials, we also process many special types, particularly prevalent in the sanitary and medical sectors - there are almost no limits to your ideas! In addition to injection molding, tasks such as assembly or laser marking of your components are established parts of our production processes. Of course, you can rely on quality assurance in accordance with the process standards from ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, which can also be expanded to include your own requirements and specific standards if needed.
