About us

The company Vakuum - Technik Templin GmbH is a medium-sized family business with 14 employees. Since 1960, vacuum technology has developed into a well-known processor of almost all thermoplastics in the deep-drawing process.

We manufacture customer-specific plastic parts for almost all areas of industry.

Advice, development and support up to series production are a matter of course for us.

We manufacture according to customer ideas, samples, drawings or transmitted CAD customer data.

Our production:

• Processing of all common thermoplastics (PVC/PETG/PC/PS/ABS/PP/PE)
• Material thicknesses from approx. 1 mm to 14 mm

• Production on 4 modern deep-drawing machines with a maximum clear dimension of 1200 x 2000 mm and a part height of 650 mm

• Machining on 5-axis CNC-controlled milling machines
• Various finishing machines

• Tool production according to your specifications. Whether made of Ureol, cast aluminum or aluminium. Positive or negative

• Manufactures – assembly, component production, printing, varnish, fabric/leather applications, sewing work
