About us

t-exact is a professional provider of 3D measurement and analysis services in Steinbach-Hallenberg. Using computed tomography or tactile and optical measurement technology, t-exact performs measurement and analysis tasks for plastic components, hybrid assemblies, metal parts, and food products. Non-contact and non-destructive measurement allows test specimens to be measured or analyzed. Computed tomography creates a digital, three-dimensional reference pattern, which can be measured or analyzed using a graphical target-actual comparison against the 3D data set. Defect analysis or the inspection of component structures provides insight into the interior of components, assemblies, or food products. A computed tomography (ACTUAL-ACTUAL) analysis of components enables a quick assessment of the dimensional accuracy of series production using false color imaging. Using the three-dimensional STL pattern obtained from tomography, a 3D dataset can be generated using reverse engineering and made available for further component development. The STL model can also be used directly in additive manufacturing processes (3D printing). This allows, for example, spare parts to be easily digitized and quickly and cost-effectively manufactured using 3D printing.
