Plasma Unit ST-PU

Die ST Systems Plasma-Units der PU Serie werden vorrangig bei der In-Line Vorbehandlung von u.a. Spritzgussformteilen, Kunststoffprofilen usw. eingesetzt. Bei schlecht benetzbaren Oberflächen (Kunststoffe, Metalle, Glas etc.) ist, in den meisten Fällen, eine Vorbehandlung der Oberfläche notwendig, um diese für eine optimale Beschichtung (Bedrucken, Kaschieren, Bekleben, Lackieren etc.) vorzubereiten.

Plasma-Unit ST-PUS

The ST Systems plasma units of the PUS series are primarily used for the in-line pre-treatment of injection-molded parts, plastic profiles, adhesive grooves, and folding boxes, etc. In the case of surfaces that are difficult to wet (plastics, metals, glass, etc.), pre-treatment of the surface is, in most cases, necessary in order to prepare it for optimal coating (printing, laminating, gluing, painting, etc.).

Flame-Unit ST-FU / FUE

The ST Systems flame units of the FU and FUE series are primarily used for in-line and robot-assisted pretreatment of injection molded parts, cups, plastic profiles, syringes, tubes, glass bottles, plates, cardboard boxes and films, among others. The FU and FUE series are suitable for cyclic and three-shift operation and can operate one or more burners simultaneously. We offer you a wide range of burners to meet every pretreatment requirement. The ST Systems flame units can cover a working width of 25 to 10,000 mm, at belt speeds of up to 1,600 m/min. All safety-relevant components of the FU and FUE series are integrated in two channels in accordance with the current safety guidelines.

Test inks / pens

ST Systems test inks are a quick and easy way to determine the wettability (surface tension) of a material surface. The test ink is applied to the surface using a brush or pen. A wettability of at least 38mN/m is a prerequisite for successful printing, foaming and other further processing. To determine the surface tension of a surface, a test ink is used whose surface tension corresponds to the value of the surface to be tested. The behavior of the applied ink provides information about the properties of the surface. If the ink contracts within three seconds, the surface tension of the surface is lower than that of the ink. In this case, the adhesion forces of the surface material are still too weak. If the ink sticks in the form of a continuous line, the surface energy of the substrate is at least as great as that of the ink.

Corona-Unit ST-CU

Die ST Systems Corona-Units der CU Serie werden mit einer Corona Station vorrangig bei der In-Line Vorbehandlung von u.a. Folien, Bechern, Etiketten, Tuben eingesetzt. Die Corona-Units der CU Serie sind für Takt- und Dreischichtbetrieb geeignet. Wir bieten Ihnen eine breitgefächerte Auswahl an Corona Stationen um jeder Vorbehandlungsanforderung gerecht zu werden. Die ST Systems Corona-Units können eine Arbeitsbreite von 150 bis 3000mm, bei Bandgeschwindigkeiten bis zu 800m/min, abdecken. Die integrierte Industrienormschnittstelle ermöglicht die reibungslose Integration in eine übergeordnete Anlagensteuerung. Die kompakte Bauweise der Steuergeräte der CU Serie, sowie der modulare Aufbau der Peripheriekomponenten, ermöglicht eine fast mühelose Integration in jede Anlage. Die speziell für Laboranwendung entwickelte Corona-Unit CUL kann durch den Einsatz des L-Moduls an Laborhandarbeitsplätzen eingesetzt werden. Die Flexibilität der CUL Serie ermöglicht einen schnellen Wechsel zwischen leitfähigen bzw. nicht leitfähigen Folien und Platten sowie Formteilen. Dies macht die CUL Serie zu einem optimalen, flexiblen und belastbaren Partner im Labor- und Vorserienalltag.
