Screen Printing
Screen Printing as Contract Work – Precision for Every Geometry As an experienced partner in industrial screen printing, we offer fully automated printing processes with up to six colors – for consistently high quality and efficiency. Our strength lies in the printing of geometrically complex components, including wrap-around screen printing, carried out on CNC-controlled systems. Whether plastic, glass, or metal – we master the wide variety of materials and achieve optimal adhesion and brilliant print images, even on critical surfaces. Maximum precision, state-of-the-art technology, and many years of experience make us one of the leading providers in technical screen printing.
Padprinting
Pad Printing Contract Work – Precision Meets Versatility As one of Europe's leading providers, we offer high-quality pad printing contract work for all industries. Using state-of-the-art production facilities, we produce 1 to 8-color prints per print run. Large-format print images can also be produced in multiple colors. From the smallest plastic parts and control panels to large seat shells and engine covers, we print on virtually any shape and surface. Our technical equipment for pre- and post-treatment ensures optimal adhesion and the highest quality – even with critical materials.
UV digital printing
UV Digital Printing – Large-Format Precision in Industrial Quality Using state-of-the-art UV digital printing technology, we produce high-quality prints on components up to 25 cm high and in large formats up to 160 × 250 cm. Our systems enable precise, brilliant results on a wide variety of materials and shapes – ideal for customized, technical, or decorative applications. By combining our many years of experience in screen and pad printing with state-of-the-art pre- and post-treatment processes, we achieve the highest levels of adhesion, durability, and color quality. Laser engraving
Laser Engraving – Precise Marking and Flexible Processing Using state-of-the-art CO₂ and fiber laser technology, we offer industrial marking solutions for virtually all materials. Various laser sources enable optimal results on plastic, metal, glass, wood, and many other materials – durable, precise, and high-contrast. Furthermore, our CO₂ technology allows for the combination of print & cut – direct printing and precise cutting in a single process. This allows us to combine efficient production with maximum design freedom and deliver laser engraving at the highest industrial level.
