SchoPlast Plastic is a modern plastics processing company and produces with highly automated machines and high-tech control technology.
SchoPlast Plastic GmbH's machine park includes 36 injection molding machines and 75 fully automatic pressing stations.
Our broad portfolio includes plastic components for switching and control technology, for the electrical and automotive industries, medical technology and household goods. The use of robot installations and ionization technology enables high-quality delivery of high-gloss parts in the visible area.

Thermoplastic Injection Molding
Our thermoplastic injection moulding technology enables us to offer customised solutions for a wide range of applications. Thanks to the extensive parameterisation, we can adapt the production processes precisely to your specific requirements. This flexibility allows us to process a wide range of materials and geometries to ensure the best possible product quality. Our services at a glance: Processing of engineering thermoplastics, including glass fibre reinforcements up to 60% and fire protection equipment, as well as the processing of thermoplastics in the visible area, including high-gloss moulded parts and lightweight components. We also use robot removal systems for automated handling to further optimise production processes and increase manufacturing efficiency.
Thermoset Pressing Process
