About us
Schneider Kunststoff Technik GmbH manufactures technical plastic parts for customers in the sensor and control technology, mechanical engineering, mobile safety, e-mobility, commercial kitchen industry, sport and leisure and drinking water technology sectors.
In addition to manufacturing products for customers, Schneider Kunststoff Technik also develops, produces and assembles its own products.
This innovative capability is available to all customers: it starts with technical advice, supports customers in the development of their own plastic parts, helps with tool and mould construction and ensures flexible production at the highest quality level. Customers also utilise the collaboration for various logistics requirements.
The company motto HYPERFORM combines two essential elements of Schneider Kunststoff Technik: on the one hand, HYPERFORM stands for the innovative and flexible use of plastic as a material. Secondly, it demonstrates the many years of experience of the company and its employees.

UJETA
Our solution for clean drinking water independent of electricity or water pipes. The UJETA Care makes it possible to obtain drinking water from surface water - such as lakes, rivers or ponds. Target group: Outdoor holidaymakers and campers. Scientists on expeditions. People in developing countries without running water. Areas after natural disasters (e.g. floods) or crisis areas with destroyed infrastructure. Advantages: Robust and easy to use, even in challenging environments. No dependence on external energy sources.

Spinsafe
Finally, you no longer need to worry about your valuables on the sunbathing lawn. Whether at the lake, in the outdoor pool, in the park or at a festival: the Spinsafe reliably protects your mobile phone, money and keys from opportunist thieves. And it does so in three ways: in addition to a firm hold in the sunbathing area, the Spinsafe app offers digital security features such as a shrill alarm!

Retooling is child's play The new, revolutionary and cost-effective “RB quick clamping system” from RB-Protech enables quick retooling without additional tools or special expertise. As a result, set-up times can be reduced by up to 75%. The patented quick-clamping solution consists of two quick-clamping base plates, which are mounted once via defined screw-on positions within the Euromap drilling pattern on the fixed and movable clamping plate of the machine. The injection mold is fastened and simultaneously locked in a precisely centered position using bolts with toggle lever locking, actuated by hand lever clamps with end position lock. Manufacturer-independent and universally applicable The patented solution can be used for new and existing injection molding and die casting machines, regardless of the manufacturer, and can be adapted to sizes up to a current clamping force of 5,000 kN. The universal application options for horizontal/vertical tie-bar and tie-bar-less as well as 1K and multi-component machines ensure rapid amortization and an increase in profits through maximum machine utilization Future-oriented with maintenance-free mechanics The “RB quick clamping system” is also suitable for high temperatures (200°C) and is therefore future-oriented.
