Röchling Industrial Laupheim GmbH in Burgrieden is a specialist in the machining of CNC turned and milled components made of thermoplastics. Its great strength is the machining of demanding precision components with very tight tolerances. Röchling Industrial offers a wide range of thermoplastics and thermosets for technical applications in the form of semi-finished products and profiles as well as moulded castings through to precisely machined finished parts.
Röchling Industrial Allgäu GmbH in Bad Grönenbach is one of the leading European manufacturers of single-layer and co-extruded sheets and films made of PS (polystyrene), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and their derivatives for the thermoforming industry. With continuous investments in quality, research and development and our modern machinery, we ensure the high quality standards we set for our products. With this know-how, Röchling Industrial Allgäu contributes to the extensive range of semi-finished products made of thermoplastics offered by the Industrial division of the Röchling Group.

We have specialised in the manufacture of high quality CNC machined components made of plastic for virtually industry. We provide you with virtually unlimited processing possibilities and a leading manufacturer with one-of-a-kind installations and machinery. We have modern, high-performance CNC machining centres. Our high-precision CNC systems are equipped with dry and wet processing as well as internally cooled tools. This enables production of your machined plastics parts: - with very small or large dimensions - in complex geometries - with narrow tolerances - while at the same time maintaining a high degree of surface quality.
