About us

We are a medium-sized, owner-managed family business in Biederbach/Black Forest and have been a reliable manufacturer of technically demanding plastic parts for nearly 60 years.
With experience, we advise our customers and implement your ideas through design and simulation, the construction of the injection molding tool through to series production.
With our own mold and tool making department and a modern plastic injection molding manufactory, we have the appropriate know-how in-house.
We supply all branches of industry, from small quantities to large series, with individual parts weighing from 1 gram to 600 grams, through to complex assemblies.
Our modern machinery with 27 injection molding machines allows us to respond to customer requests quickly, flexibly and on schedule.
We process almost all thermoplastics such as PC, ABS, PS, POM, PA 6, PA 6.6, PA 12, PE and PP, as well as the associated blends and filled plastics, as well as high-temperature plastics such as PEI, PEEK, PPS and PET.
Other important cornerstones of our production are:
• 27 injection molding machines with a clamp force of 250 kN to 3500 kN
• 2-component injection molding machines with a clamp force of 2000 kN
• Removal devices and robots for the gentle removal of visible parts with sensitive surfaces
• Automation systems for semi- and fully-automated component assembly

In addition to the production of plastic injection molded parts, we offer additional services:
• Partial and pre-assembly of assemblies or ready-made components
• Ultrasonic welding and US embedding of metal parts
• Screen, pad and digital printing
• Surface finishing and mechanical post-processing in cooperation with qualified and reliable suppliers
