We shape over 120 different plastics into the right form - using with the help of injection molding and thermoforming.

As a “pioneer” in the industry, we have been processing plastics since 1926. The sanitary facilities in the legendary Zeppelin came from our company. The pioneering spirit of those days has not been lost to this day.

Injection molding:
We process all common thermoplastic materials (e.g. PE, PP, PA, ABS, PS, SAN, ASA, PMMA, PC, PBT, TPE, TPO and many more) in-house. Whether mineral or glass fiber reinforced material, crystal clear or colored materials - we offer comprehensive solutions for all common thermoplastics as well as experience in the processing of sustainable bioplastics.
Precision, quality and sustainability: this means plastics processing at Reiss Kunststofftechnik. The tools required for this can be designed, manufactured, maintained, repaired and modified on customer request in our own tool shop.

Thermoforming on automatic roll forming machines:
For technical applications and packaging, we process film thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 2.0 mm in the common materials ABS, PS and PET on our automatic roll forming machines. Depending on the intended use of the packaging (trays), individual material properties are used, such as ESD capability with conductive additives. PS films can be produced on a roll extruder up to 2 mm in a wide range of colors - thanks to a melt pump with up to 100% regrind. Packaging made from roll film is ideal for cost-effective and safe transportation of your products.

Thermoforming on sheet systems:
For technical applications and packaging, we process semi-finished sheets from 2.0 to 10.0 mm material thickness. In addition to standard materials such as ABS, PS and PET, we also process PC, PE, PP and PA6GF15 as sheets, which enable greater application possibilities for technical applications, e.g. higher temperature resistance of approx. 140 °C.
Automatic sheet loading with preheating guarantees short cycle times and equally high quality. With the use of 5 thermoforming machines, which have a forming area of up to 1200 x 2200 mm, we can meet any challenge.
