Profile and panel systems Circle.Line
We’re putting all our experience under the ‘green star’, because the path to a circular economy is the only answer to climate change and resource scarcity. Repair, re-use and recycling are important building blocks for achieving this. We are therefore one of the first suppliers on the market to produce an almost completely recyclable system made from glass fibre-reinforced PET profiles and composite sandwich panels. And we do so without having to compromise on design, weight and function. The systems continue to be highly functional and can be reworked in a variety of ways.

Profiles for air conditioning technology
Thanks to their design and performance data, REHAU droplet separator profiles solve separation problems with a high separation efficiency and low pressure loss. The climate profiles are made of proprietary compound, mineral-reinforced polypropylene (RAU-PP 1381) with high heat resistance and are available in black and light grey, similar to RAL7035.
Shower partion profiles
REHAU is one of the market-leading suppliers of shower partition wall sealing systems thanks to its innovative standard systems and customer developments. Renowned manufacturers in the sanitary industry are convinced by the wide range of possibilities offered by the large number of different design elements and materials. The REHAU range of door sealing and water-repellent profiles with an external aluminium strip is unique. The shower partition profiles are characterised, for example, by the shiny chrome look as well as the special „metal touch“ feel or a black matt look and are used in all-glass showers and framed showers as well as in bathtub equipment.
Profile and system solutions for passenger, light and heavy duty vehicles
Refrigerated box bodies have to meet special requirements in terms of temperature resistance, durability and weight reduction. REHAU seals, cover profiles and edging profiles meet these requirements. Thanks to their reliable sealing properties, they help to ensure that goods arrive at their destination well chilled without any loss of energy or additional fuel consumption. The commercial vehicle interior range includes, for example, profiles for cable routing and storage boxes in vehicle cabins, in which tools and documents, among other things, can be safely stowed away. REHAU develops, produces and supplies decorative, protective and rain strips for exterior installation on commercial vehicles, which can be fixed using various fastening methods, such as adhesive tape or clips. Cover profiles and seals round off the range of exterior fittings. In addition to cover, parapet and angle profiles, the interior range for buses also includes REHAU retaining straps. Thanks to their fabric insert, these are very stable, easy to clean and individually colour-customisable. For car interiors, REHAU supplies piping as well as cable guide profiles in the headliner area and profiles for roll bars in convertibles. As a reliable specialist for integrated car exterior fittings, we support the automotive supply industry with decorative, functional and service-oriented solutions such as profiles and moulded parts for glass lift and panoramic roofs, roof joint strips, strip fillers and insert profiles.
